A York schoolgirl was celebrating today after taking on the might of the Hollywood film industry and winning her battle to keep her amateur Harry Potter website.
Claire Field, 15, has won a legal battle with Warner Bros, which ordered her to hand over the domain name to her Harry Potter tribute site. She refused and the movie giants threatened to sue. But Warner, which is bringing JK Rowling's books to the cinema, dropped its claim on the provision that Claire does not cash in on harrypotterguide.co.uk.
