I know the hazards

I WISH to reply to the comments (December 12) about making the city centre foot-streets only, and my suggestion for a special vehicle for the disabled and elderly. In response to the comments made by Mr Watson, I agree I am not reliant on a wheelchair and I am not disabled, but my wife is disabled and has great difficulty walking.
