IN the article Getting Another Say On Arc Light, David Nicholson, of the joint committee of the Clifton Residents' Associations, made two erroneous statements (February 22). He recommends four locations which he thinks would make suitable sites for the new Arc Light. I cannot comment on the Hungate or the Transco sites, but I object most strongly to his recommendations of the Bonding Warehouse and the Maltings sites.   more...
